Shadow of the Tomb Raider

At last the releasing date of Shadow of the Tomb Raider  is revealed  by the studios. The game is releasing on 14th September 2018. Not only the releasing date and name, the teaser trailer of the game is also released.

The game will appear at the Tribeca Film Festival with an exclusive demo.

This game could be the final chapter in the Lara's Origin. So we expect that the game would be more dramatic and emotional. More details will be revealed by the studios on the official reveal of the game i.e. on 27th April 2018.

The game will be coming to PC, Xbox One and for PS4 on the same date.

According to the title of the game, the game will be pretty dark, and will have more supernatural things going-on. Lara's journey till now is pretty interesting and we may hope this sequel of the game will be interesting too. Writer Rhianna Partchett has recently said she'd like to tackle an older and more grizzled Lara, perhaps will see a set up for that in the end of the series.

As we can see in the image and in the trailer, there are plenty of mountainous locations and we also saw Lara on what looks to be some Mayan Pyramid suggesting that the new adventure could be in South America. The symbol of the Tomb Raider also represents an eclipse, so it means that the game will be based on the eclipse and on the Mayan Pyramid, which will make some supernatural thing work. And since there are super natural things, there will be super natural villain's too.

These all things are just assumptions we can't say what is really going to happen in the game. To know what is really going to happen in the game you have to wait till the release of the game. which is on 27th April 2018.

Since Crystal Dynamics hired Ian Milham on August of last year as the art director of the game, we can say that this is not the end of the game, there will be more sequel's of the game in the future.
